Dizziness, vertigo, and unsteady balance don’t have to run your day. Vestibular Therapy at 901PT is a targeted, movement-based rehabilitation approach that retrains how your brain and inner ear work together—reducing dizziness, improving stability, and lowering fall risk so you can get back to life with confidence.
Your plan is built from a thorough vestibular assessment and may include gaze-stabilization drills to keep your vision steady while your head moves, balance retraining to improve coordination, and habituation exercises that gently desensitize motion triggers over time.
If your dizziness is caused by BPPV (loose inner-ear crystals), your therapist may perform a canalith repositioning maneuver—often called the Epley—which is strongly supported by clinical evidence and can relieve vertigo for many people in just one or two sessions.
If you've been dealing with pain for a long time, it's easy to start feeling like your body is broken or that certain things just aren't possible for you anymore. We hear that a lot. One of the most important things we do is help you understand what's actually going on and rebuild your confidence in what your body can do. Most of our patients leave feeling stronger and more capable than they did before they got hurt.
At most clinics you'll spend part of your session with a tech or assistant, and your actual PT might check in for 15 minutes if you're lucky. At 901PT every session is a full hour with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, the same person every time, so nothing gets lost and your care keeps moving forward.
Most clinics treat where it hurts. We dig deeper. Every evaluation starts with understanding your movement, your history, and your lifestyle so we can identify what's actually driving your pain and not just manage it.
If you've been told you have arthritis, a herniated disc, a torn labrum, or that you need surgery, it can feel like your options are limited.
Often they're not. Imaging findings and diagnoses don't always tell the whole story, and being told to stop exercising or limit your activity is rarely the right long term answer. We'll look at the full picture, help you understand what your diagnosis actually means for your life, and build a plan that keeps you moving forward.
